13th Month and Beyond

Wednesday, May 17th, 2017

The 13th Month and Beyond information and discussion session was another successful event this year. It brought together over 40 service providers, Toronto City services, refugee sponsors and other community groups to discuss current trends and opportunities for working together to ensure the continued settlement success of government assisted and privately sponsored refugees in Scarborough.

This session looked at lessons learned and ongoing challenges for Syrian and other resettled refugee families, discussed how to address needs and use learning to ensure settlement success for government and privately-sponsored refugees who are yet to arrive.

Date: June 08, 2017 from 1.00 pm to 4.30 pm

Venue: McGregor Park Community Centre, 2231 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, ON M1P 2P5
