LGBTQIA+ Survey for Scarborough Residents

July 16th, 2019 by Administrator

The TEQ LIP Health and Wellbeing Action Group invites you to share this survey with LGBTQIA+ identifying newcomers who live and/ or access services in Scarborough. Please share this survey widely, so we can hear from as many people as possible and have a good basis for further decision-making.

Purpose of the Survey

The purpose of the survey is to learn more about the availability and quality of services for LGBTQIA+ newcomers in Scarborough, and to capture these experiences from the community directly. The information will help inform the work of the Health and Wellbeing Action Group; a collaboration of service providers working with the TEQ LIP to help improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of newcomers in Scarborough.

Completing the Survey

To finish the survey and submit all answers, please make sure to press ‘Submit’ on the last page of the survey. The survey can be left at any time and any answers completed at this stage will not be submitted – simply close the webpage to do this. Please note, any progress with the survey will be lost if the page is closed.

The survey will be kept confidential; all identifying information will be kept private and will not be disclosed in any capacity.

The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete.
